I want to warn you that depending on the size of melons will depend on the amount of other ingredients. I chose a medium melon. My melon, cut off the top, using a spoon remove the seeds.
Using a tablespoon, remove the flesh part of the melon.
The grapes are torn from their branches, my and dry with paper towels.
Fill the melon with the grapes.
Gelatin pre-soak for 30-40 minutes in cold boiled water.
To soaked gelatin add sugar and heat on the stove to dissolve (to boil not to bring!).
With the help of a juicer squeeze the juice from the cherries, add gelatin with sugar, strain.
Pour melon cherry jelly, put it in the refrigerator until fully cured jelly (preferably overnight). Cut the melon first in circles, then into triangles. Refreshing juicy dessert is ready! Bon appétit!
