The Easter cake
First decided to bake a cake for Easter. Decided to choose the easiest recipe, as a more complex yet ventured. In this recipe no brandy, no rum, no cream, no cream - the simplest set of ingredients! The result, in principle, was pleased. I do not know what needs to be homemade cakes - as this is my first recipe, but I can tell you - this cake is at times better than store-bought. Post your recipe - maybe someone will be useful.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    175 g

  • Milk

    105 ml

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Flour

    460 g

  • Yeast

    4 tsp

  • Raisins

    130 g

Start with raisins - his cover with water and leave to swell. Better at night.

The dough I was kneading in the bread maker. When manually mixing in warm milk add 3 tablespoons sugar, yeast, let it sit a little and enter the rest of the ingredients. The ready dough put in a greased form.

Put the dough in a warm place and give a good rise. The time can vary from hours to 2-3 hours.

Bake approached the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven, then the fire abated and bake for 30-35 minutes.

The finished cake to cool, then gently remove from the mold (I have popped up like clockwork!)

Cake covered with frosting, decorate with toppings and briefly leave to "rest". Then cut into slices and served to the holiday table.
