Cake with figs and brie cheese
I just got back from Yalta. On the way there bought the magazine "School of Gastronome", to pass the time on the road. There I came across the recipe for this and has captured my imagination so much that right in Yalta and had to bake. ))) The cake is stunning, I want to share with you!

Ingredients

  • Figs

    6 piece

  • Soft cheese

    300 g

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    3 piece

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 200 gr. Protiven grease with vegetable oil. Figs cut into thin slices. I had figs of the two varieties.

Cheese is also cut into thin slices. The original recipe used Camembert, but I in Yalta is not found, only bree barely )))

Slice dough into two rectangles about the size of 30x40 cm
