Cooking
Preheat the oven to 200 gr. Protiven grease with vegetable oil. Figs cut into thin slices. I had figs of the two varieties.
Cheese is also cut into thin slices. The original recipe used Camembert, but I in Yalta is not found, only bree barely )))
Slice dough into two rectangles about the size of 30x40 cm
Place one of the dough sheets on a baking sheet and lay on it slices of cheese, leaving the edges about 1 cm free. This region is lubricate slightly beaten egg.
Cover with second layer of dough. Tightly suscepit edge, forming a rim. Lubricate all "2nd floor" egg.
Then put the figs so that the slices slightly went at each other like fish scales. Sprinkle leaves of thyme (I would have done without the thyme because I did not have at hand). Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
In a water bath, heat the honey but do not boil.
Brush with honey finished cake. Serve warm. Bon appetit!
