Cooking
Here's what we need.
First cut the fillets into small pieces.
Stir eggs, add salt, pepper, milk and chopped garlic.
Grind the chips into crumbs.
For convenience, I have placed plates with the mixtures in this order: flour, egg, chips (right to left). Heat the pan with oil.
Dip each piece in turn in the flour, egg and chips.
Fry on both sides until Golden brown. My little bead, very pleased! Bon Appetit!!!
