The rosettes of the dough and apples, moderately sweet, with a slight aroma of cinnamon, soft touch (told husband ; -)), just melt in your mouth. A great alternative to pies with apples, which will decorate your table.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    0.5 pack

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Cinnamon

  • Powdered sugar

My apples, cut into thin slices.

Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles of size 4 x 15 cm

Of water and sugar make the syrup. In the boiling syrup omit the Apple slices and bring to a boil. Then the Apple slices out of the syrup.
