Description
On the website many excellent rolls, and I in no way want to say that mine is better. Just my also very cool, interesting, simple. Besides, reviewing all the recipes of the rolls, I discovered that I have one caveat, which is not present in other recipes. Who cares - look.

Cooking
Take the eggs, divide whites and yolks.
Proteins vzbit in a cool foam, add sugar and knock on to state "tight peaks".
Separately beat the egg yolks.
Mix the flour and starch. To combine whites and yolks. Very gently stir. Sift into the egg mixture the flour and starch. Mix everything carefully until smooth.
Prepare the roasting pan. Lay the parchment and grease with vegetable oil. Pour the batter into the pan and to flatten.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. The finished cake to pass on to the tray (or the table) with parchment. And here begins the caveat, for which I decided to post my bread recipe. I DON'T FOLD THE ROLL IN HOT, AND COVER IT WITH A CLEAN TOWEL AND GIVE IT TO COOL. AND AFTER APPLYING THE CREAM FOLD. I HAVE NEVER BREAKS.
Prepare the cream. Improvisation. Mix milk, sugar and dry milk and cook until thicken. I got 50 minutes. Add the butter, the chocolate, stir until smooth. A cooled (stirring from time to time).
Frozen cherries pour the brandy and give the infusion for 1-2 hours.
Collect the roll. Cut the side edges. We impregnate with a liquid that was formed from the marinating cherries. Lubricates cream. Put in the middle of trimming (if they had not had time to carry off), sprinkle with cherries (to the middle more).
Using the parchment (on which we grilled roll) turn.
And that's what pretty boy did.
Well that's about all. Melt the chocolate (I did this in the microwave) and spread it over the top of the loaf. Well, I love chocolate, what to do!!!!
Such a roll I made the girls at work to congratulate them on the upcoming holiday on March 8.
