This recipe I saw online, and decided to cook. Juicy, tender, melting in your mouth the taste will not leave anyone indifferent. I baked a double batch, but cut do not have time.. Try it and you!

Cooking
Prepare the filling: if plums are sour, add some sugar, if large - cut into slices. I got more plums than the recipe (generally, in pies and in salads products put on the eye), added to plums red currants and cranberries (for the experiment). It turned out very tasty and juicy. Some plums too, it turns out insanely delicious. Just don't put the toppings, and the pie will have to eat with a spoon. Although it even tastier...
Make the dough: butter (I used margarine) out of the freezer and grate on a grater and mix with flour, sugar and baking powder. Too long grind don't need, should get the crumbs. Coat the form with oil (or zastelit parchment) and vysypaem our mix. Smoothed out with your hands and make the bumpers.
Now make the fondant eggs shall pound with sugar, add milk and put on medium heat, stirring constantly (otherwise it will burn!). Cook until thick.
Now put the filling on the dough,
Fill with Fudge and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 45 minutes.
