Cabbage soup with beans
Simple but tasty, easy and hearty cabbage soup with beans. Come on in, help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    130 g

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Celery root

    30 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

  • Lemon juice

  • Water

    1500 ml

Cooking

Onions, carrots and celery cut into small dice.

Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil for 10-12 minutes. Add chopped garlic, heat them all together for a few moments. Remove from the heat.

In boiling water put the diced potatoes, bring to a boil...

Add to the pot of thinly sliced cabbage. Cover the pot with a lid and cook soup for another 12-15 minutes. (fire medium)

Put in a pot, boiled until cooked beans (or use canned), fried vegetables, salt soup, season with pepper. Boil five minutes, remove from heat, cover and let stand the soup for 10-20 minutes. You're done! When serving, add to the dish with the chopped soup greens and a few drops of lemon juice. (optional)
