In honor of my promotion to "Cook" until the 4th level, I made here a dinner. Knowing my love for sauces and marinades, offer you your option! The chicken turned out very tender and juicy, and the vegetables are very fragrant.

Prepare the marinade: oregano, Basil, balsamic vinegar, liquid smoke, thyme, grainy French mustard, mayonnaise, seasoning for chicken. Chicken wash, dry, liberally smear the marinade and leave for 30 min.
Prepare the marinade for vegetables: honey, mayonnaise, oregano, Basil, French mustard, grainy mustard, dry granular, French herbs, garlic, salt. Vegetables cut into slices and pickle.
This is me with a chicken :-)
The chicken is placed on a stand, spread the vegetables on a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet and into the oven for 1.5 - 2 hours at a temperature of 160-180 degrees.
At the end of cooking take out the chicken, carve it in batches, put the vegetables, decorate with pickles and Bon appetit! Here's a modest celebratory dinner, we did it! Thanks to all of you, my loves, for your support and for the 4th level!!!:-*
