Cupcake
The cupcake was very tasty, airy and delicate. It seems to me that this dough would be a good base for the cake.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Concentrate

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

Turn the oven on 180 degrees detachable cake tin or small tins, greased with butter. Eggs divided into whites and yolks. Flour mixed with soda and razryhlitelem and sift into a bowl. Beat butter with sugar and vanilla until lush white mass, then add the egg yolks, and a little more vzbit, add sour cream, beat some more, then add crumbled pudding and again whisk well to dissolve the jelly.

Separately, beat egg whites with salt and lemon juice to a solid foam.

Then add the whites to the creamy butter mixture and mix on low speed, add the flour, again mix well, until smooth.

Pour the batter into the pan or pour into small cups (up to half of the dough very well rises).

Bake for 30 minutes, approximately, the readiness check with a wooden toothpick.

Cool the cake slightly in the form, then turn over on the grill, having a knife edge shape, carefully remove the bottom to give the cake to cool completely.
