Cooking
Grind in a blender or grinder veal (or lean pork).
Chicken fillet cut into slices.
Two kinds of meat to mix. The amount of meat taken is relative. I just had only 7 smooth skins, we got 7 servings
Chop the garlic and add to the stuffing. Also minced salt and pepper to taste, add spices.
Chicken skin decomposed into the Board (we have the skins sold in the store on the weight, you can gently remove the chicken breast).
On the edge to put the stuffing in the form of sausages.
Roll roll, podrachivaya edges inside (like stuffed cabbage). Spread on a baking sheet and put bake in the oven until cooked at 180-200* (about 30 minutes).
The finished sausages on a platter, garnish as desired (I have a side dish of spaghetti, topped with grated cheese and vegetables).
