Homemade sausages from Alenika
Delicious sausages at home. Good hot as a main dish. A great snack cold. Perfect for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Veal

    300 g

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Skin chicken

    7 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

Grind in a blender or grinder veal (or lean pork).

Chicken fillet cut into slices.

Two kinds of meat to mix. The amount of meat taken is relative. I just had only 7 smooth skins, we got 7 servings

Chop the garlic and add to the stuffing. Also minced salt and pepper to taste, add spices.

Chicken skin decomposed into the Board (we have the skins sold in the store on the weight, you can gently remove the chicken breast).
