Soup with dumplings and meatballs

I had already had the broth, so I boiled the meatballs separately (if no ready-made broth, then cook as usual). To meatballs for this soup except for the spices I add nothing, they are so well kept (if you want, do it to your liking)

Carrot grate, onion finely cut, fry as usual with vegetable oil in the pan

Add onion and carrot in a broth with meatballs (spices, Bay leaves can be a little early to add)

Potatoes RUB on a coarse grater

For the dumplings: in a bowl break egg, add half a Cup of water, salt and stir well.

Gradually add the flour and whisk with a fork or whisk. The batter should be similar to a sour cream, not too thick and not too runny.

Potatoes sent to the soup (grated potato can be placed almost simultaneously with dumplings, it cooked quickly), and if you do decide to cut a cube, then tab to do before. Highly recommend the potatoes to grate, the soup is so velvety, it turns out.

Dip a little (I had tea) spoon in boiling soup, we collect the dough and drop into the pan. And so each time dipping it in the broth until the dough is well separated from the spoon and fell into the soup.
