I usually just take the cleaned squid, but if we have a uncleaned squid, clean it from films, the deleted chord.
Cut the carcass into 2 parts along the chord, with a knife carefully make incisions on the body and slightly repel.
Prepare the batter: beat the egg, add salt, spices, grated cheese, flour (flour to consistency of thick cream). Now calmacil dip in batter and fry in preheated skillet with vegetable oil 1.5 minutes on each side.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
