Description

Stuffed chicken legs
Flavorful, juicy, tender and tasty chicken legs. With a Golden crispy crust, with a delicate aroma of honey and pineapple. Suitable for everyday and for the holiday feast.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Pineapple

    5 piece

  • The chicken legs

    3 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Spices

Cooking

Carefully remove the bone from the leg, separating the meat from the bones.

To cut the bone at the base (it's my husband helped)

Chop the pineapple in small dice.

Chop the greens.

Grate cheese on a grater. To combine cheese, pineapple, greens, season with 2 tbsp sour cream, add salt and stir the filling.

With this mixture stuff the chicken.

Stab the skin with skewers so that the filling was completely closed.

In a bowl mix the honey, mustard, spices and 2 tbsp sour cream until smooth.

Thoroughly coat the surface of the legs with the sauce. Bake in the oven at 200-220 degrees for 30-40 minutes until Golden brown. Aromas of Vitali, even in the stairwell :-D
