Cooking

Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. From large pieces to form a bun. From another part of the roll out the layer thickness of 2 mm. Cut it into strips with a width of 5 mm. And now we begin to decorate the surface of the bread. Put 3 strips crosswise, repeating 2 times
Then more long strips, the noise-under and over three perpendicular strips. Then in reverse order ( like a basket weave)
The surface lubricated with beaten egg yolk and leave for 20 minutes. Bake bread in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
