Very tender, tasty potatoes. So does my mom, so cook I did.

The quantity of potatoes is determined by the pot in which to stew the dish. I make two layers in a thick-walled pot. Clean 2 rows - so that's enough. In the potato with a knife cut the "inside".
In forcemeat add finely chopped onion, garlic, egg (1 per 0.5 kg of meat), salt, pepper. Mix well.
Fill this mixture into the potato and put it in the pan. This will be the first layer.

Also put the second layer and cover the remains of potatoes, onions, garlic.
The remains of sour cream and mayonnaise mix, add some water or broth, pepper, salt, dried herbs.
And pour this mixture into the potatoes. Put on the fire, allow to boil, reduce fire and tormented under the lid until cooked potatoes.
