Vanilla muffins-on serum
Fluffy scones for morning tea. The texture of the dough is nearly weightless due to the addition of ground rice cereal.

Ingredients

  • Rice flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Serum

    300 ml

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Yeast

    5 g
