Meat with vegetables in tomato sauce in Georgian
Very tasty, juicy and flavorful meat. Turns out tender, literally melts in your mouth. But it is quite spicy. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    10 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Spices

  • Khmeli-suneli

    0.5 tsp

Meat cut into fairly large pieces. Repulse. On a hot pan in a little oil fry the meat until Golden brown. Fire diminish. Add the meat onion chopped to the floor rings and Bulgarian pepper cut into strips. Fry the meat for 5 minutes.

Hot pepper freed from seeds and finely chop. Tomatoes cut into large square, cut prunes in half and it all added to the meat. Only now puts all the spices. Meat stir and fry on low heat for another 5-7 minutes. Prunes to wash out, but soaking is not necessary, and it will turn to mush. In water or broth if you have planted the tomato paste. Can first put 1 tbsp, focusing on their taste preferences. Add the meat, turn down the gas fire and stew with the lid closed for 20 minutes.

Add the Bay leaves. Cilantro and garlic finely shinkuem, add to meat and simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Meat can serve with your favourite side dish or eat as a separate dish, dipping the pita bread in the sauce.
