Cooking
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Just want to warn you: if You are unsure of your dry yeast, you better take a little more! Leave for 10 minutes.
In flour, pour yeast, add a teaspoon of salt and stir thoroughly with a fork. Do not add flour! If the dough gets sticky, add a pinch! The dough should be slightly sticky!!
Add the vegetable oil. Here it is important. Knead 7-10 minutes. No extra flour and then kneading the dough turns out very smooth and silky!
Here's the beauty we get! Put in a warm place for an hour, the dough has doubled in size.
While suitable dough, make filling. In fact, the filling can be any! We make veg: finely chopped onion and garlic Dozhivem on a small amount of oil over medium heat until transparent.
Now here is pepper, cut into small cubes. It is better to take different colors, it would look better. Stew for 5 minutes until soft.
Now the chopped eggplant. Also 5 minutes.
