Description

Puff pastry pie with chicken and potatoes
Made for dinner last night, this infinitely tasty and at the same time rich cake. My husband ate one slice, but after walking for 10 minutes ate another ))) Well, let's get started...

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Minced chicken

    350 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green olives

    50 g

  • Capers

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Allspice

  • Salt

Cooking

step-0
Peel potatoes, grate on a coarse grater (I soaked for 15 minutes in cold water, the starch is a bit "gone")
step-1
To the potatoes add the minced chicken
step-2
Mix
step-3
Bulb mode and passeruem, not fried, and laying damp - but my husband doesn't eat onions that go on stealth...
step-4
Add the olives cut into rings (I have olives over, because today I cooked stew and the quiche wasn't even thinking - so without them) + capers - these products add to the cake flavor and dilute the taste
step-5
Add the onions
step-6
Take the puff pastry (I have the puff) and cut it into 2 parts. One part we will go into the crust - the second will serve as a cap. Roll out the first layer.
step-7
Take the shape and fit, perfect I here for a form... the Form be sure to grease or line with parchment paper.
step-8
Stacked
step-9
Our dough spread the filling, I have filling thickness 2.5-3 cm
step-10
Cover with a second rolled out piece of dough
step-11
... and shape, hiding all the edges. I got this pad)))
step-12
Grease the egg may slightly dilute it with milk or water. Sometimes just smeared with sunflower oil. If you wish, you can down the middle to make a small hole - then the pie during cooking, rises the cap (I didn't, and I have formed a cap at the end, the dough cracked on top, but taste does not become worse). Bake 40 min at 180C.
step-13
This is the result after 40 minutes.
step-14
...
step-15
We eat it with sour cream mmm, yummy. Warning, very satisfying!
step-16
Enjoy all erratica.
