Donuts with sour cream
Simple and straightforward cakes, which creates a warm, homely atmosphere. Tastes like bagels Soviet times. Especially good dumplings with a glass of cold milk.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Salt

    1 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Combine the sour cream, eggs, sugar, salt and soda.

Add the sifted flour. If 400 g was small, then gradually add more. It is important not to overdo it - the dough should be soft, slightly stick to hands.

Now roll out the dough with a thickness of ~ 5-7 mm. to make it easier to work surface, rolling pin and hands it is recommended to grease with vegetable oil. Cut into large rectangles, make a vertical slit in the middle and extend one end of the rectangle inside.
