Cooking
Combine the sour cream, eggs, sugar, salt and soda.
Add the sifted flour. If 400 g was small, then gradually add more. It is important not to overdo it - the dough should be soft, slightly stick to hands.
Now roll out the dough with a thickness of ~ 5-7 mm. to make it easier to work surface, rolling pin and hands it is recommended to grease with vegetable oil. Cut into large rectangles, make a vertical slit in the middle and extend one end of the rectangle inside.
Spread on a baking tray lined with parchment. Lubricates the beaten egg yolk with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated 200ºC oven for 20-25 minutes. The finished dumplings put on a plate and allow to cool, covering with a clean towel. Bon appetit!!!
