Meatballs with minced meat, rice and zucchini
Of course, chicken is traditionally our traditional dish and it is a popular dish in the restaurant, in every canteen, and, therefore in the home menu. There are many recipes for preparation of dishes. I want to offer you another option cooking juicy, tasty and nutritious cutlets.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Figure

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Potato starch

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Flour

Boil and wash the rice. Mix it with minced meat.

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater and squeeze well. Carrot three on a small grater. Onion no treatment, and also three on a coarse grater.
