Blueberry smoothie with oats
Smoothies - delicious cool dessert (or cocktail) for supporters of a healthy diet. Try milk smoothie with blueberries and oatmeal.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Blueberries

    1 cup

  • Syrup berry

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Ice

Cereal mix with yogurt and leave in the fridge overnight to soften.

The next day put the mixture into a blender, add the blueberries (I have frozen) and syrup. Shred everything in a blender until puréed.

Then add the liquid (in our case - milk, but you can and juice) and then mix in a blender until smooth. If you want you can add ice, but since blueberries I have frozen, so there was no need.
