Armenian strudel
This recipe I found in a magazine (the name I have not preserved). Thanks to the author Ayastan Avdalyan for this quick and delicious version of strudel.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1.2 cup

  • Cinnamon

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    1.4 cup

  • Dark chocolate

    1.2 pack

Cooking

My dried fruit and soak for 20 minutes. Then apples, peeled, dried fruits, nuts, finely chop or chop in a blender.

Ready puff pastry roll out. Spread the filling. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon or vanilla. Collapsible roll. Lubricates the beaten egg. Bake in the oven until Golden color.

While the strudel is baked, prepare the sauce. In a pan melt the sugar, add the cream and chocolate. Stirring, bring to a boil.

Ready strudel pour the sauce (it turns out almost a glaze). Although the sauce can be submitted separately and pour over slices of strudel when applying.
