Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Cheese

  • Ham

I prepared the dough in the bread maker. You can do it by hand - mix the ingredients, knead the dough and allow to rise for one hour. Then punch down and start making rolls.

The dough was very manageable, soft, pleasure to work with him. Roll out small strips of length 15 cm, width 6-7. I made 12 of these strips. Rolled out without flour, nothing stuck.

On the dough put the ham or any meat (I used neck), top cover with slice of cheese.

Twist rolls, bottom to take. the top can be deployed more than it made me.

Lay biscuits in tins for muffins and leave to rise for 20 minutes. Then bake at 180 degrees in preheated oven until tender.
