Strawberry pie
Finally came the long-awaited spring! Offer to bake for this reason (or no reason) strawberry pie... Sweet pastry, beloved by many (including me) strawberry and smetana fill... Begin to dream about summer?)))

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1.25 cup

  • Strawberry

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

For the dough, mix the softened margarine, flour (a glass slide), sugar (1/2 Cup), baking powder, and 2 table spoon of sour cream (honestly, on my form I swung for my taste test, it is possible and less, but this is who he loves of course)

The prepared dough for 10 minutes to go in the fridge.

Grease the form with butter or margarine ( I have a form with a diameter of 23 cm)

Distribute the dough in shape, forming the sides and sent in a preheated (to 180 degrees ) oven for 10 minutes to allow the crust "grabbed". After 10 minutes remove and leave a side to cool a little (the oven does not turn off!)

Meanwhile, prepare the dressing. Whisk a Cup sour cream, egg, and 0.75 Cup of sugar, add 2 tbsp flour.

With defrosted strawberries, and pour out the excess liquid

And pour our sour cream mixture. Pie put in oven for 40 minutes

Get ready pie and, despite the desire to try, allow to cool and then remove from the mold and cut into pieces.
