Cooking
In the bowl where you will marinate the meat, make the marinade: Soy sauce, adding to it the chili sauce, thyme, hops-suneli, cilantro, and stir
Ribs cut into segments and put in the marinade for at least an hour on top of the meat put the chopped garlic. Preferably the time of marinating the meat a couple of times to mix well, so it will be tender and juicy and the secret sauce Kikkoman. When baking the ribs will turn out as milk, and no salt.
In a baking dish put the ribs and pour the whole marinade, oil is not added. Put in oven for 40 min at 200 C
