    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Spices

Heart wash, put in a saucepan, cover with water. Add the onion, spices, a small piece of carrot, salt. Cook for 1 hour.

Sauce: Carrots and onions cut, fried in vegetable oil, cool slightly. Cream, wine, carrots+onion, cheese mix with a submersible blender. Season with salt and pepper.
