Description
This is the first test of strength of my new silicone molds held at HOORAY!!! And most importantly, not only did not disappoint, but the content: the cupcakes turned out moist, chocolaty, with chunks of fragrant cherries... "Chocolate roses are blooming in February! A couple of pieces now would I Flavor they tempt - Seduce and intoxicate!" Thank you Lena (Mrs. March)for this dedication:)

Cooking
Flour mixed with baking powder, add sugar (I esmolola it in a coffee grinder, but you can use powder), cocoa.
Cherry, pre-thawed, cut in half.
Mix with milk and melted butter.
Egg+milk+oil gently introduce into the flour a lot. Mix well.
Divide the mixture in molds. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the rise.
Prepare the glaze. I write the recipe of the glaze, which, I think, is more appropriate for these cupcakes, not that I did, because I have it too runny. Chocolate to melt with cream on fire. Add butter. Allow to cool slightly.
Well, it remains to get the cupcakes. Remove from the forms they need gently, already cold. Pour glaze, you can decorate the top with cherry. I can say only one thing: the cupcakes were eaten faster than I have time to photograph them...
