Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Vinegar

  • Vegetable oil

  • Powdered sugar

Cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sugar, soda (to repay vinegar) combine and stir, let the dough stand for 10 minutes. Then roll balls with wet hands and fry in hot oil (I fry "2"), sprinkle with powder. In the middle you can put a berry, a nut, a jelly bean. I put a couple of raisins. Inside the batter is quite porous. Ready donuts sprinkle sugar powder.
