Cooking
Spinach rinse and pour boiling water, add salt, boil 2 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.
Pine nuts fry on a dry pan. Remove and chop.
Garlic finely chop and fry in 2 tbsp olive oil (don't overcook!). Remove from the heat.
To combine the nuts and garlic.
2 tbsp Parmesan add 2 tablespoons olive oil.
To connect cheese with nuts and garlic.
Cooled and squeezed the spinach, chop in a blender.
To combine the spinach with the cheese-walnut mass. Salt and pepper to taste. You can add lemon juice if the pesto seems too bland.
Boil pasta according to instructions on the package.
