Cooking
In a bowl sift flour, add salt, grated on a fine grater ginger and water. All carefully knead.
Should be soft, elastic dough, easy to roll out with a rolling pin. Remove the package and allow to rest for half an hour.
Meanwhile, make syrup. In a saucepan, pour a glass of water and add a Cup of sugar. Cook on medium heat, evaporating the liquid. We need to boil twice, that is will remain somewhere for a glass of syrup. (I usually have syrup takes a long time - I have time to fry the half of rostikov)
Slightly cooled and add to the syrup, honey, and cinnamon.
Let us "twigs". I divide the dough into 3 parts, if it is, as I said below, was a bit - will Podesite more flour. Put a pot of oil for deep frying to heat up. Roll out into a thin layer (as for dumplings), and cut into strips. In the center of the strip make a cut and drags it through the tip 3 times. Check the oil, put into it a small piece of dough and see - the oil should almost immediately taposiris and a piece will start to float to the surface. In advance do not make blanks... they lose shape - I formovani swirling in the deep fryer. Many also do not pounce into the oil - they have to swim all on the surface.
That is, the twisted slinky - dropped in the fryer - surfaced, do the following... etc - how much you want. As they brown - take out and on the towel to soak up excess oil. Then a new piece of dough in the fryer sent - thus goes the cycle spirals deep fried!
Now prepare a large dish and spread first layer of our dried fusilli
Generously pour the syrup and sprinkle with lightly chopped nuts. Then another layer and again pour the syrup.
And so on until the last spiral and the last drop of syrup. Give them a little soak, while brewed tea and enjoy the fragrant sweetness!
