Bagels from dough
This recipe is very simple, and bagels turn out very tasty, soft, tender, flavorful. As a filling you can use whatever you want. My recipe presents two options for fillings: sugar and cheese. Dough is noteworthy in that it is easy to work with, you can prepare it in the evening and in the morning to cook for Breakfast fresh pastries.
