Cake
There are so many recipes for this wonderful new dessert! Its main features is of course the supply portion control and mind-blowing slice! The recipe for this cake is also called "Japanese"... I do not know why... and searching the Internet has not found an explanation for this... But the second name that appears is"Christmas" - just, I think, very suitable... fragrant apples, poppy seeds, raisins, nuts... in one word party!

The preparation of the cake start with the training Mac. I used to do it like they taught me grandma. Mac first you need to rinse. Take a piece of gauze, folded several times (my grandmother was a special gauze bag), pour it on the Mac, collect region. Lowered into a container of water "pouch" with poppy seeds, wash it. Allow to drain excess water. Spread the washed poppy in a convenient bowl, pour boiling water, cover and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Then the water is drained, repeat the procedure twice more.
