Cooking
The words of the author. Heat the butter, add the chopped onion and garlic. Fry until translucent on low heat for 2-3 min.
Add chopped into small pieces the liver and fry for another 3-5 minutes.
Mix cream, green onions (of Chavez) and mustard, fine salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the liver and bring to boil. Reduce the heat to medium.
And a thin stream pour into the pan with the cream and the liver, stirring constantly. Sauce, so a little thick. Try on salt.
Put to boil pasta. Spread (recipe - fettuccine) I - missanelli to the liver and the cream and mix gently. Serve sprinkled with cheese and onions. I was afraid of the eggs in this sauce, but they did taste not affected, only as a thickener of the sauce work. Very tender and tasty dish.
