This recipe I learned 5 years ago. Until then, I always fillet was only doing chops, considering that it is anything more delicious fail. It turns out I was very wrong:-) Since this dish is on our menu one of the leading positions. The chicken turns out very tender and juicy.

Cooking
Fillet wash and cut into small pieces.
Salt, add spices to chicken and drizzle with lemon. Stir well and mash with your hands.
Beat the eggs, add mayonnaise and mix well. In the marinade put the chopped pieces and mix well.
Leave for 2-3 hours to fillet well marinated. However, if not enough time and you are already on the threshold, came a hungry husband or children asking to eat:-), let stand for at least 20 minutes.
Add flour and stir. In fact, according to the rules, must take every piece with the marinade, roll in flour again and put it in the marinade, and then put on heated frying pan. But I always add the flour, stir and already in the hand take a piece of the resulting test. I think less fuss, and the result is the same:-)
Fry on both sides until cooked. When I turn to the other side, cover with a lid and fry a couple of minutes to fillet well done.
Served with any side dish. We on the side are very fond of salads, vegetables:-). Bon appetit!!!
