Description
A very simple pie. Weightless fluffy biscuit with grains of poppy, shaded sour sauce and complemented by crispy nuts - just a perfect companion for a glass of milk. The recipe is from the site "Eat at Home".

Cooking
Soft butter (margarine) mix with sugar and vanilla sugar, add egg yolks, poppy seeds, stir
Then sieve the flour and baking powder, stir. Beat the whites with the pinch of salt in a solid foam, add to the mass and gently stir proteins. The dough is obtained as thick cream.
Spread the batter in the oiled dish. Note that the cake is well rise in the baking process.
From top to pour a Cup of sauce. You can use any sauce or jam sour. I have cranberry sauce.
On top of the layer of berry sauce to pour chopped nuts.
Put with the oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. I have baked about 45 minutes. Ready pie to cool, get out of shape. Slice.
All you can eat. The dough is very tender, just an air, soft, with specks of poppy seeds, sour sauce and nuts... Simply and quickly. And with milk it's delicious. This cake is created just for milk. Bon appetit!
