Cooking

step-0
The process of making these burritos may seem complicated due to the amount of information, but is actually much easier, especially if you already have tortillas tortillas. You can cook them in advance using this link: http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/31953/ , and even freeze, and prepare them in a convenient time for you to use when you have a desire to please yourself and loved ones next Mexican dish. Some of them you can find among my recipes.
step-1
So let's start. Firstly, let's beans. Move it out of the jar with the fluid in the bowl of processor or blender and turn into a puree. This can be done hand-blender, and any tool with which you ever managed to transform into a puree. Get watery mass.
step-2
Then pour this mass on the pan or in the skillet, and stir until a significant portion of the liquid evaporates and the mixture becomes thicker. You can check this: if after you have divided the mass with a spatula in the pan, it immediately connects again, then done! As it cools down it will thicken up again. This procedure will give the beans a special flavor! Honestly, I'm not a big fan of beans, but like dishes it imparts a wonderful flavour and smell!
step-3
You should then put on a heated pan ground beef and finely chopped onion. It is not necessary to add vegetable oil or other fat. I believe that fat and juice in the beef is enough. Why do we need this excess fat, right??? Stir, add according to your taste salt, black pepper and cumin (I love beans, but it does not matter).
step-4
Fry the mince and onion until, until the meat acquires a brownish color and become crumbly. The onion will have time only slightly privatise and becomes transparent and soft. What you need! Then mix the whole thing with a bean puree.
step-5
Then wash and peel our vegetables (with tomato if they should succumb to the heat treatment, I usually remove the skin). Cut into small cubes tomatoes, pepper and finely cut greens. Then of course, I took the liberty. Real Mexican for any mint wouldn't trade your favorite cilantro for parsley! But, since cilantro in range, I didn't have, I acted like a true "Mexican" :-[ .
step-6
Vegetables and herbs mix and add a little chopped garlic, salt to taste, chili powder and white pepper (optional). Stir again.
step-7
Well, the stuffing is ready! Now fold... or go to curtail our burritos! Get tortillas. I was frozen, and the best way to unfreeze is to hold for half a minute on both sides on a heated pan. Thus all excess moisture from leaves and pellets will become soft and pliable. If you have purchased or prepared in advance, still advise from the heat either in a pan or in the microwave or directly over the flame of the burner (a few seconds) for softness.
step-8
I thawed the tortillas one at a time and once filled, did not have time to dry. Then spread on tortilla, mixture of meat and beans. On top of it and vegetable mixture.
step-9
One edge of tortillas, cover with the stuffing and seemed to pull her to him (to wrap tightly.
step-10
Then wrap the left side and opposite the edge of the pellet. The right side remains open.
step-11
Put our burritos in the oiled form and sprinkle with grated hard cheese. A couple of pieces I have without cheese, as in our family not all of it is used.
step-12
Cover with foil and bake it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. After 10 minutes remove the foil, for a couple of seconds enjoying the smell and again sent to the oven for another 10 minutes until cheese melts
step-13
Here's what I pulled from the oven and immediately felt 3 pairs of eyes and fast beating hearts behind my back :-D .
step-14
In the meal includes meat and side dish (you want the beans, and the want of vegetables), so I served with sauces, or add it to another fresh vegetables (it never hurts). Really want you to try this dish! Bon appetit!
