  • Dark chocolate

  • Condensed milk

Butter with a fork thoroughly rubbed with flour into fine crumbs. Then added the vanilla sugar, brown sugar and egg. All carefully mixed and kneaded the dough. Put it in a bag and put it in the fridge for an hour.

I baked a cake all the rules, and took the tray of a rectangular shape (25 x 30). And made a baking tray with baking paper, my dough is not burnt.

And meanwhile, was engaged in filling. In a water bath I melted the chocolate, add the condensed milk and carefully stir. Coarsely chopped walnuts and fry them on the heated pan. Then added to the chocolate mixture along with vanilla sugar, and again everything is thoroughly mixed.

Then I took the dough out of the oven and without removing it from the pan, filled with chocolate-nut filling. Evenly leveled and left to cool until complete solidification.

When the cake is completely frozen, it is removed from the pan and cut with ease.
