Cabbage casserole
Practically, cabbage lasagne instead of lasagne - cabbage leaves are young. Minced chicken, mushrooms, vegetables, cheese, potatoes - all baked in cream. It is very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    700 g

  • Tomato

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Cream

  • Garlic

  • Carrots

Prepare the meat the normal way). Add the egg, onion (I RUB on a grater) and spices.

Mushrooms lightly fry in a pan with onions.

Prepare the cabbage leaves. Will abadim them with boiling water (I did cabbage).

Zucchini cut into strips and fried (can be the same, where the fried mushrooms). To prepare the foods: to chop coarsely the tomatoes, grate the cheese, cloves of garlic peel (must be whole), carrots grate on a grater.

Begin to lay in a baking dish. Pour cream on the bottom, stacked cabbage leaves.

On the sheets, put the stuffing, put the mushrooms, sprinkle with cheese, put the zucchini, then the whole garlic cloves on top of coarsely chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with paprika and oregano. Cover with a layer of (small) leaves.

On this layer to repeat the same. And at the end another layer of cabbage leaves.

Put in the oven 200* C for about 80 min. cover if cover no cover with foil. About 20 mins before the end sprinkle with cheese. At the end sprinkle with fresh herbs.
