Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Black tea

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

Meat cut into pieces and slightly repelled. Brew tea with boiling water, strain and pour tea meat, leave for 1.5-2 hours. Add spices, salt, pepper.

Cut the meat into small pieces. Fry in a dry pan until Golden brown.

Onion cut into half rings.

Pour the meat in a little vegetable oil and add the onions, fry until Golden brown.

Apples cut into quarters.

Add apples to the meat and onions, lightly fried and pouring the remaining marinade and a little water, simmer until the meat is cooked - 30-40 minutes.
