A slightly modified version of the Greek pie "sumus" with chicken and pumpkin. Insanely delicious and simple to prepare!

Cooking
To prepare the products. Chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Finely chop the onion. Pumpkin grate on a coarse grater. Separately grate on a coarse grater cheese. The dough, if frozen, thaw.
Fry the onions lightly, add into the pan the chicken, cooking for another 5 minutes. Then add the grated pumpkin and fry not more than 2 minutes. Received cool the stuffing to room temperature. Add grated cheese and mix well.
Dough cut small squares of arbitrary size. Unroll and on the middle of the square put the stuffing. In my square I put the 1.5 tbsp of the filling.
Squares folded the envelope and carefully close up edges. If it is bad close up, they in these places burst a little and let the juice to the pan. In the center square to leave a small hole. Squares put on a baking tray lined with parchment, greased podsolnechnik oil. Lubricate each square top with an egg.
The pan put it into the preheated oven to 180-200°. I have cooked about 20 minutes.
