Meat
Juicy, spicy beef, marinated in wine. Recipe from the cookbook with my adjustments.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Dry red wine

    150 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Sauce

    100 g

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    50 g

  • Salt

Beef; remove the membranes, cut into small chunks 2-3 cm Add salt, red pepper, wine and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours ( I leave overnight).

Onion and tomato cut into rings, fry in vegetable oil (with tomatoes pre-remove the skin, rinsing them with boiling water).

Squeeze the meat from the marinade and fry in vegetable oil until light it will turn brown, pour in the marinade sauce + tomato sauce and simmer under the lid over medium heat until tender (I did about an hour).

When the meat is almost ready add back the onion and tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes. Tried to put all this before, but it was tomato-onion porridge).

The meat turns out tender, juicy, sour-sweet. Serve with a side dish - pasta, rice, mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!!
