Pig's heart in the coals
Based on the recipe for cooking elk heart on the hunt. But which of us hunters and where are the moose???, a recipe for "hooked". And here's a bit of change on our table a delicious lunch. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Heart

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Mustard

  • Horseradish

Cooking

The preparation time excluding the marinating. Heart wash, cut, remove all blood clots.
