Lemon curd cupcakes
I want to offer to pamper your loved ones delicious curd cupcakes with lemon taste and aroma. The cupcakes turn out very airy and delicate with pieces of candied lemon. Highly recommend them at least once to bake. If you don't like in baked goods, candied fruit, can add, the muffins will still come out delicious. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Candied

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl, RUB the softened margarine with sugar.

One by one add the eggs, each time beating well with a mixer.

Lemon candied peel, finely chop and mix with starch.

To the egg-butter mixture, add grated lemon zest, salt, soda, curd, vanilla sugar and beat well. Then add the sifted flour, candied fruit, mix well. It took me exactly 200 grams of flour (the original was provided 300 grams), it all depends on the cheese.

Put the dough in silicone molds. Metal molds must be oiled. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-50 minutes or until tender.
