Cooking
First prepare all the ingredients for the sauce. Shelled walnuts finely chop or grind in a blender or grinder. Garlic is clean and skip through the press. Greens chopped. Bread pour the milk and leave for 5 minutes to stand. Squeeze of lemon juice.
Then all the prepared ingredients loaded into the blender (bread with milk, in which it was soaked), add the soy sauce, vegetable oil and whisk into a homogeneous mass. I have a blender-a glass, old and ugly, so no photo of this stage :D If the sauce is thick, add a little milk and whisk again. The sauce is obtained with a pronounced garlic taste, but in the finished chicken did not feel it.
Chicken parts, wash, dry paper towel, salt to taste and add the peanut sauce. The sauce turned out a lot, it took me half a chicken, the other half ate husband, smeared on bread.
Mix well the chicken in the sauce, leave for 5 minutes to think, but for now, let's prepare for baking. Cut the required amount of the bag, tie one end. Put the chicken thighs side by side, tie the other end to pierce the sleeve in a couple of places.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 200C for an hour. 10 minutes before the end of the sleeve to cut and leave for another 10 minutes in the oven to brown. Tender chicken in a tasty sauce ready!
