These little pies can be prepared with different fillings: meat, fish, vegetables or fruit. Today I will show you the version with minced meat and fragrant rice. The patties are soft, juicy and very flavorful.

Cooking
In flour, add 0,5 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, butter. Chop with a knife, then use your hands to grind into crumbs. Add the cold milk and quickly knead the dough. To create the bun, wrap in a baggie and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Apple peel, cut into cubes. Fry in butter a few minutes. Onion cut into thin rings, fry in vegetable oil until transparent. Arrange the apples and onions on a Board, chop with a knife.
In minced meat (I used lean pork), add boiled rice.
Salt, sprinkle with rosemary, mix well.
Divide the dough into two pieces, one larger than the other. Table sprinkle with flour. Roll out first the big piece and cut out circles (I used a mug). The diameter of the circles depends on your molds. The second half just to roll out and cut in circles of smaller diameter. I got 6 large circles and 6 smaller ones (they will serve as a cover). If the dough does not roll out (crumble), you can add a little cold milk and quickly knead.
To put a larger layer of dough in the mold. I have silicone mold, it does not smeared. Flatten the dough, it should protrude a little.
Spread the filling. Put a teaspoon of meat with rice.
Top a teaspoon of Apple with the onions.
And again meat with rice.
Cover the dough, tighten the edges together. In the middle with a knife make a small hole.
To grease with a yolk bake for 30 minutes, the temperature of 160-180 gr. Unique aroma wafts through the house. Pies to be served slightly cooled. Bon appetit.
