Potato gnocchi with salmon and Parmesan
Original, tasty and easy to prepare dish.

Ingredients

  • Mashed potatoes

    500 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salmon

    150 g

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Pesto

  • Chili

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Basil

Potato peel, wash, chop, cover with water. Boil until tender and prepare the mashed potatoes. Pepper, add grated Parmesan or hard cheese, finely chopped dill, chili pepper and flour.

Add 1 tbsp. of soy sauce if necessary and season with salt and mix well.
