Description

I came across an interesting recipe game (woodcock, grouse, grouse, grouse, pheasant). Tried to apply this recipe to the regular chicken. The aroma is fabulous. I don't know what the taste of the grouse, and my chicken turned out very tasty. From the encyclopedia: "Juniper is known as an ornamental, medicinal, preventive and spice plant. As a spice, juniper berries are used to flavor sauce, served with venison and fish. Ground juniper berries with Bay leaf, pepper and cloves put in a wine marinade for meat, whereby the meat is cooked faster and becomes soft. If you add the juniper pork, lamb or beef, this will give them the taste of venison".

Cooking

step-0
In DRY form, pour salt, thyme, juniper berries. Chicken I have 2, so I increased the amount of the additives is doubled. Cut the chicken, how convenient. Spread on the mixture (inside the chicken add salt). Sprinkle top of chicken with pepper only.
step-1
Send our "game" in the oven for 20 minutes 200 degrees.
step-2
Cook top fill. Crush the garlic or pass through chesnokodavilku. Add the oil, water and salt.

Mix well until a viscous emulsion.
step-4
Smear brush (it is written) pieces of poultry. But I think if the mixture was spread with a spoon, the taste will not change. Return bird to the oven. Periodically take out, grease with the resulting marinade.
step-5
The wild chicken's ready. The aroma is beyond words.

Bon appetit.
