Description
Juicy chicken in a crispy cheesy breadcrumbs with spaghetti and aromatic tomato sauce. This dish could brighten any holiday table. It is absolutely not difficult to prepare. This recipe was posted on the website in 2008 by user Alefniunia called "chicken Schnitzel "Alla Milanese" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Tomatoes in own juice drain in a colander, collecting the juice. Wipe the tomatoes through a sieve, mix with the juice.
Puree the tomatoes combine with the onion, pour the wine, add the Basil (I dry), season with salt and pepper and simmer on slow fire for 10 minutes.
Chicken fillet slightly repel, salt and pepper. Lightly beat the eggs with the milk. In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and cheese. Schnitzel roll in flour, then dip in egg and roll in mixture of breadcrumbs and cheese.
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked (about 5 minutes each side). While fried meat, boil the spaghetti (or any other pasta).
Serve schnitzels with spaghetti and tomato sauce. Bon appetit!
